GENERAL PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
You may return an item within 30 days from ship date, for a refund or replacement. To qualify for refund or replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Please submit your request using our automated RMA System.
We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange.
1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to our RMA website. If you do not have an account yet, please click SIGNUP and provide accurate information such as name, shipping address and a valid email address.
2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product.
3. We wil review your request within 2 business days, do not send you item until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. You can also log in to our system anytime to check the status of your request.
4. Upon receiving an RMA Number, login to our website to print your RMA form and packaging slip. Ship your item.
5. You can monitor the status of your return (24x7) by logging into our website.
Electronics items must be in factory sealed packaging to qualify. We can not accept it for return if the seal is broken.
An item must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase.
SCT COMPANY RETURNS POLICY
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period that starts the day after you receive the goods.
If you would like to make a return, please call us for instructions to obtain a Returns form and a Returns Authorisation Number.
The form must be clearly filled and the Returns number marked on your returned goods, a copy of your invoice must also be sent with the goods.
Any goods returned without an authorisation number or copy invoice will not be accepted.
We accept the return of items only if they are unopened, in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
If you return the goods as detailed we will issue a refund for the goods, excluding delivery charges
The buyer will be responsible for ensuring that all returns are delivered to SCT Ltd Unit 38 Heath Hill Industrial Estate Dawley Telford TF4 2RH and for providing proof of delivery of any such return, the cost of such returns is not covered by the Product warranty.
30 day Exchange Service: As part of our commitment to customer service we offer a 30 day Exchange Service, if you would like to exchange any goods bought, providing the goods are returned in their original packaging and condition, and with a copy of your invoice, we will issue you with a credit note which can be used towards any other purchases and is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Please note the following items are not included in this offer, delivery charges, special offer/order items, software, covert cameras, DVR,s and VCR’s used for more than 2 hours.
Any products returned after 7 days (but within 30 days) will be subject to a 10 to 30% (depending on age/condition) restocking charge and will only be accepted at SCT's discretion and with prior written agreement.
SCT are not responsible for networking any DVR as it involves third party equipment.
If buying a DVR with networking please make sure you have a qualified IT person to network the DVR.
No refunds can be made for the failure to network and we will not accept any DVR back due to this.
